Cuckoo Bird vs. Cuckoo Duck: Bizarre Parasitic Bird Behavior

I stumbled across this video observing the behavior of two “parasitic” fowl: the cuckoo bird and cuckoo duck. One murders the victim nest’s egglings and hypnotizes the parents into feeding it, while the other tricks gulls into incubating their young.

Both are very bizarre behaviors, but the cuckoo duck somehow seems less terrible.
